“Conserving African Wildlife” conference and documentary premiere in Paris

On the 6th of February, the 5th conference for the “Homme-Nature” circle “Conservation de la faune sauvage africaine : ces actions de terrain qui redonnent espoir” -Conserving African wildlife: field actions that give new hope” and the projection of the documentary “Gilé source de vie” – Gilé source of life- (#Canal+ production) brought together 200 people in face-to-face and distance training sessions at the museechassenature in Paris promoted by the Fondation François Sommer.
The aim was to present GNAP, a jewel of biodiversity that it co-manages with the government of Mozambique Anac Conservação and listen to a debate between 4 leading figures in nature conservation in Africa: the Ambassador of Mozambique in France, Mr. Alberto Maverengue Augusto, Thomas Prin, FFS-IGF project manager, Gilles Kleitz (AFD – Agence Française de Développement), Alban de Loisy (#fondationfrancoissommer director general) moderated by Laurent Courbois (director of Pôle Nature).
