The Gilé National Park teams and their service provider have just finished installing 5 radio antennas (digital VF radio with GPS tracking). Real-time communication is now possible throughout the Park.
“The entire territory is covered and an operations control centre in Musseia allows us to monitor teams on mission in the field in real time”, explains Thomas Prin head of the Fondation François Sommer’s Africa project, a doctor in ecology and author of a thesis on the African buffalo.

O sistema de rádio do PNAG está a funcionar! As equipas do Parque Nacional do Gilé e o seu prestador de serviços acabam de instalar 5 antenas de rádio (rádio digital VF com localização por GPS).
